Dr. Goodfield received his B.A. and M.A. degrees from Assumption College in Worcester MA. He received his B.S. and D.C. degrees from the National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, IL.  Once in practice, he has completed over 1000 hours of post graduate hours in orthopedics, rehabilitation, Chinese and Medical acupuncture and many other areas of clinical practice.  He received a Diplomate  from the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners in 1973 and the same year he received a license to practice Chiropractic from the VA Board of Medicine.  In 1997, he received a license to practice Acupuncture from the VA Board Medicine.  In 1999, he received a complimentary letter from Dr. David Couk, orthopedist.  Dr. Couk practiced in both Culpeper and Fauquier counties in the 70's and thereafter maintained a Fauquier practice only.  His letter is printed below.

In The Community:  Dr. Goodfield has been involved with the leadership of the Culpeper Christian School since its origins in 1976 and serves as CCS Board president  presently.  His youngest grand-child, Ryan, is now enrolled in the 3rd grade.  Ryan's mother spent 10 years at the school in her childhood. Six other grandchildren have been enrolled at the school.  He has been actively involved in Gideons International since 1976 and serves presently as the President of the Culpeper Camp.  He was also one of the founding members of Providence Bible Church.
